Welcome to the Blackdown Tableland National Park, the traditional homeland of the Ghungalu people. Located near Dingo in Central Queensland (180 km west of Rockhampton and 110 km east of Emerald), this natural wilderness featuring rugged mountains, dense bush land plains with deep gorges, stunning looks outs and beautiful waterfalls. Rock faces throughout the park showcase artwork from the traditional Ghungalu people.
There are numerous walking tracks which lead you through fabulous Australian flora and up to some spectacular looks outs. Get the torch out at night to see some of the nocturnal fauna in their natural habitat.
Camping is a great way to experience the national park, with facilities for caravans and camping plus amenities like toilets and picnic tables for day visitors at Munall campground. Book a campsite through the Queensland National Parks website.
